Welcome To The Returns Manager Portal

Returns just got a WHOLE lot easier thanks to our new online returns portal. Here's a step-by-step guide below to show you how to complete a return.

  • Step 1: Click on the "Book online return" link below. Locate your order number provided in your order confirmation email and on the packing slip included with your delivery.
  • Step 2: Enter your order number and the zip code your order was delivered to.
  • Step 3: Add the items you want to return by clicking on the product. Eligible items are shown as white, ineligible items are shown as grey.
  • Step 4: Choose from an exchange or refund/online credit. Then choose the reason you are returning the product and follow the final prompts to submit your return. It's that simple!

    Prepare Your Return:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
  • Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Send the return package to the address that you are provided.
  • Unless otherwise noted, the return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
  • Special Notes:

  • Unless you are processing a pre-approved exchange, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: Pending review, Affinity Supply accepts returns for products ordered directly from our website up to 30 days from receiving your order with no restocking fee. Returned 31 - 90 days after receiving order = 15% (with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00). Returned 91 days - 1 year after receiving order 30% (with a minimum restocking fee of $50.00).
  • All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. Any returned items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.
  • Exchanges are only available for orders being replaced under the manufacturer warranty replacement program. For more information please contact us at returns@affinitysupply.com.

    As we have recently improved our returns process, if you submitted your return prior to December 1, 2021, please email us at returns@affinitysupply.com with any question(s) you may have and someone will reach out to you assist you within one (1) business day.
