Returns just got a WHOLE lot easier thanks to our new online returns portal. Here's a step-by-step guide below to show you how to complete a return.
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Send the return package to the address that you are provided.
Unless otherwise noted, the return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
Special Notes:
Unless you are processing a pre-approved exchange, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: Pending review, Affinity Supply accepts returns for products ordered directly from our website up to 30 days from receiving your order with no restocking fee. Returned 31 - 90 days after receiving order = 15% (with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00). Returned 91 days - 1 year after receiving order 30% (with a minimum restocking fee of $50.00).
All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. Any returned items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Do not write on or place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging.
