Shipping Options

  • Economy (Delivery in 4 - 7 business days) - Free on orders over $200.00
  • Next Day Air (Delivery by end of the following business day)
  • 2nd Day Air (Delivery by end of 2nd business day)
  • 3rd Day Air (Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day)

When are my orders shipped?

  • Economy: Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders placed for in-stock items before 3:00pm EDT will be shipped the day they are placed.
  • Expedited Delivery: Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 3:00pm EDT will be shipped the day they are placed. Expedited orders placed after 3:00pm EDT will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking Shipments

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). You can track your order and review your order details on the Affinity Supply My Account page.


My order has not arrived in the allotted shipping time I selected at checkout.

We strive to get your order(s) to you as quickly as possible and process the orders with our shipping carriers within one business day of receiving your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the order delivery time may be adjusted by the shipping carriers as they do NOT guarantee delivery within the selected timeframe. Therefore, we cannot guarantee you will receive your order within the pre-selected timeframe.

In the rare case an order is not delivered within the timeframe you selected, please click here to inform us of the situation and we will address it as best we can.

Shipping Information Entry

All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If the shipping carrier cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Affinity Supply and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If after the package returns to Affinity Supply, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Affinity Supply LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Affinity Supply LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the issue to us within 2 weeks of placing your order and follow these steps.

  • Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with the carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a loss, we will notify you of any next steps. Please note: This can take up to 10 business days pending the carriers terms and services.
  • Additionally, we recommend that our customers report this issue directly to the local carrier's office as soon as possible.

Affinity Supply is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Drop Shipped Orders

Some items that are unique in weight or size such as custom designed filters are often held at separate locations. Due to the nature of drop ships, shipping times may vary depending on the circumstances / destination. Tracking numbers for drop shipments are not provided in the same fashion as normal shipments and can take up to 24-48 hours to obtain. Once an order has shipped from our partner manufacturers, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). Your email will contain an estimated delivery date.

International Orders

We do not ship to locations outside of the United States. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, Affinity Supply cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier, Affinity Supply is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that merchandise purchased through Affinity Supply is only warranted within the United States.
